Fees & Insurance
At Everyday Parenting Psychology, we are committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive mental health care for families, individuals, & children.
We understand seeking therapy is an investment in your mental well-being and family’s health. Below, you’ll find important details about our fees, insurance policies, and how we can support you in navigating reimbursement.
All of our affiliated providers are out-of-network, which means we do not participate directly with insurance. Please check with your health insurance plan to find out about your deductible, any required pre-approval, and whether you will qualify for some reimbursement for our out-of-network services. We cannot predict nor guarantee how your plan may (or may not) cover our services. If you do NOT have any insurance, or you choose NOT to submit for reimbursement, then you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate.
Our Fees
As an out-of-network practice, we do not accept insurance directly, but we offer a range of services at varying price points to accommodate different client needs. The fees for therapy sessions are based on the length of the session and the clinician's level of expertise. While we do not offer a sliding scale, we ensure that we provide transparent pricing options.
45-Minute Therapy Session:
$225 - $400
60-Minute Therapy Session:
$300 - $500
Comprehensive Assessments:
$1,200 - $2,500
Our clinicians are highly experienced, with expertise across a range of therapeutic approaches, ensuring you receive the best care available.
Superbills & Insurance Reimbursement
Since we are an out-of-network provider, we can help you get reimbursed by your insurance company through the use of a superbill. A superbill is a detailed invoice including all the necessary information your insurance provider will require to process your reimbursement request.
How It Works:
At the end of each month, we provide you with a superbill.
You submit this document directly to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.
Your insurance company will review the superbill and reimburse you based on any eligible coverage.
It’s important to check with your insurance provider regarding your plan’s out-of-network benefits, including any deductibles, copays, or coverage limits, before starting therapy. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the superbill process.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the end of each month. We accept all major credit cards, and for your convenience, we securely store payment information to make the process seamless for ongoing appointments.
Your Path to Reimbursement:
Our administrative team is happy to help guide you through the process of using a superbill for insurance reimbursement. If you have any questions regarding fees, payment options, or insurance paperwork, please don't hesitate to contact us.
